Are modules priced per person or per organisation?
Individual modules are licensed per learner. Team and Enterprise plans include a defined seat count — all named users within that count can access the full module library.
What happens if we exceed our seat count?
We will notify your account administrator when you reach 80% of your seat allocation. Additional seats can be added mid-year on a pro-rata basis.
Can we trial a module before committing to a team plan?
Yes. The Taster plan is designed specifically for that purpose. Many team customers begin with a Taster purchase across a pilot group before moving to a team agreement.
Do you offer discounts for public sector or non-profit organisations?
We review public sector and non-profit pricing on application. Contact us with details of your organisation and we will provide a tailored quote.
Is there a minimum contract term for team or enterprise plans?
Team plans are billed annually. Enterprise agreements are structured on a 12 or 24-month basis depending on scope. We do not offer monthly rolling contracts below the Scale tier.
